The Company declares the following Basic Policy to prevent damage from groups or individuals which pursue economic profits by using violence, power and fraud (so-called “antisocial forces”).

1. The Company has no relationships with antisocial forces.
2. To prevent damage from antisocial forces, the Company confronts such forces organizationally and appropriately in tie up with external professional organizations, such as the police, the National Center for the Elimination of Boryokudan and lawyers.
3. The Company does not accept any unreasonable demands of antisocial forces, but takes legal proceedings resolutely.
4. The Company provides no funds or backdoor deals to antisocial forces.
5. The Company secures the safety of officers and employees who deal with unreasonable demands of antisocial forces.
