Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center (FINMAC)
The Financial Instruments Mediation Assistance Center (FINMAC) is a body that deals with consultations and complaints from customers in relation to financial instruments transaction solicitation and systems, etc. and to resolve disputes between securities companies and customers in relation to financial instruments transactions. From a fair and neutral standpoint, FINMAC deals with customers' complaints and applications for mediation in relation to the business of financial instruments business firms, etc. in a speedy and transparent manner.
